1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the alnodt5 platform in any capacity — whether as a guest visitor or as a registered account holder — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the alnodt5 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and alnodt5 ("alnodt5", "the Platform", "we", "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the alnodt5 platform and close any account you may hold.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The alnodt5 platform is strictly intended for adult users. The following eligibility conditions must be satisfied at all times to maintain a valid alnodt5 account:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during active use of the alnodt5 platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to the alnodt5 platform is explicitly prohibited by local legislation.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of alnodt5 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must be acting entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the alnodt5 platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or replacement accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. alnodt5 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify multiple account activity. Where multiple accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and all balances may be subject to forfeiture.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid Pakistani mobile number that is registered in your own name. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your alnodt5 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. alnodt5 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify alnodt5 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC and Identity Verification

alnodt5 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering and player protection standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your account lifecycle: a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, proof of ownership of any payment method used to transact on the platform, and a selfie photograph for facial verification purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account restriction.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

alnodt5 accepts deposits through the following payment methods currently available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change at alnodt5's discretion and may vary based on your account status, verification level, or regional availability at any given time.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made using payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• A minimum deposit amount applies per transaction and is displayed within the alnodt5 cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your alnodt5 account balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are charged by alnodt5 for PKR transactions.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically clear within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours depending on the sending institution.
• alnodt5 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of alnodt5.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on alnodt5 are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Pakistan public holidays. alnodt5 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5 to 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals once all verification conditions have been satisfied.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your alnodt5 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Your account must have passed the applicable KYC verification level before withdrawal requests will be processed.
• Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, the associated wagering requirements must be fully completed before the bonus-derived portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• alnodt5 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, as determined by alnodt5's internal compliance procedures.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the alnodt5 cashier. alnodt5 reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion. Players with VIP or elevated account status may be entitled to higher withdrawal thresholds as communicated through the platform's loyalty programme terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

alnodt5 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Each bonus offer specifies the eligible player segments (e.g., new registrations, existing players, VIP members).
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, each bonus offer may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all, as specified in the relevant offer terms.
• alnodt5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of an error or technical fault.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The alnodt5 sportsbook covers cricket including PSL and international fixtures, football, tennis, basketball, and other sports as published on the platform. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on alnodt5.

7.1 Bet Placement and Settlement

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in and cannot be altered by either party.
• alnodt5 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has commenced where there is evidence that the outcome was known to the player at the time of placement (late bet detection).
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules published in the alnodt5 sportsbook help section.
• For PSL and other cricket betting markets, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather, the reduced-over result stands for applicable markets unless the market rules specify otherwise.

7.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

alnodt5 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds offered were the result of a manifest pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full. alnodt5 will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from a bet placed on erroneous odds.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet and accumulator winnings limits apply and are published within the alnodt5 sportsbook. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum payout limit regardless of the actual calculated return.

8 Casino Game Rules

alnodt5 offers slots, live dealer games, table games, game shows, and specialty games sourced from certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Evolution Gaming. The following conditions apply to all casino game activity.

• All casino games offered on alnodt5 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment overseen by trained dealers in certified studios.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is displayed within the game's information panel. alnodt5 does not modify RTP values from those certified by the game provider.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the alnodt5 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using alnodt5 accounts to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account limits, self-exclusion measures, or bonus restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documents during the KYC verification process.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the alnodt5 platform's systems, databases, or administrative interfaces.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your alnodt5 account credentials to any third party.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, alnodt5 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services arising from your use of or inability to use the alnodt5 platform.

alnodt5's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

alnodt5 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the platform, for which alnodt5 accepts no liability.

13 Account Termination

alnodt5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Chargebacks initiated against alnodt5 by the player's payment provider.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming intervention request submitted by the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring alnodt5 to restrict the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at alnodt5's discretion. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., player-initiated closure), the remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

alnodt5 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the alnodt5 platform prior to the effective date of the amendment. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the alnodt5 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of gaming law and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which alnodt5 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with alnodt5 support shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body.
